Why was I so impressed?
1. Clare has a great telephone manner and as soon as we started speaking, I felt instantly at ease - like I was speaking to an old and very dear friend (old as in long standing, not age! ;-) ).
2. She picked up straight away and I didn't have to go through all those frustrating options before I got to speak with a human voice, which I really appreciated.
3. Clare 'went the extra mile', giving me the benefit of her own knowledge and experience and spent time looking at various costs for different scenarios, to ensure that the policy bespokely matched my needs.
4. Clare pointed out that I could pay via credit card at no extra charge and that there is no charge for a change in house address refreshing and very rare (in my experience) these days.
5. Being affable, with integrity, honesty and decency are core values that I hold for myself and Clare exudes these too. It's so much nicer when you deal with people that share your values.
6. Clare's manner gave me an excellent impression of Ryan's and in my opinion, being able to do that in such a short space of time is hard if not impossible.
Therefore, although I am sure you are already aware, I wanted to remind you what a rare treasure Clare is and to tell you how grateful and appreciative I am of all her efforts.
I would also like to mention that Clare gave an outstanding A* service all round and that Ryan's will be my first point of contact for all my future insurance needs. It's so refreshing to be treated as an individual with specific needs and speak to a human voice straight away rather then to be just another call in a long queue. It's great to know companies with old fashioned values and service still exist."
