Ryan's were delighted to welcome over 50 attendees to their 'Turning the Tide on Bad Service' breakfast event at Suffolk Food Hall yesterday.
Presenter, Paul Wearmouth shared his secrets of creating a 5 Star Customer Service with the audience by talking about how customer service should be "sociable" and "human" and how "great service is given by great people."
We received some great feedback from our attendees including "Top class speaker with real relevance to any business owner or sales person" and "Well delivered and entertaining with some new ideas"
