The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) confirms measures to aid customers in temporary financial difficulty due to coronavirus (Covid-19)

Following guidance from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) we are taking steps with a series of measures aimed at assisting our customers who may be suffering financial difficulties as a result of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

These measures include:

• Reassessing your risk requirements. This may have changed because of coronavirus and there may be scope to offer our customers materially lower premiums.

• Considering whether there are other products we can offer which would better meet your needs and revise the cover accordingly. For example, a motor insurance customer might no longer require business use or require a lower annual mileage

• We will remove any adjustment or cancellation fee’s for any Covid-19 related changes

• Considering a degree of payment flexibility. If you are still finding things tough, please speak to us about how we may help you with a flexible premium plan.
