Join us for our next Breakfast Event - Our Relationship with Technology
Technology and innovation are by no means the enemy, but our relationship with it certainly could do with some work. Whether that be through securing what we value most or protecting our own wellbeing in a constantly connected culture.
We are delighted to welcome Paul Maskall, with a background in Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies, working in intelligence, counter terrorism and notably within the force's joint cybercrime unit as their Cyber Security Advisor. Paul is passionate about protecting both people and businesses. Privacy and Data Protection, Counter Fraud or Cyber Security, Paul believes in emphasising the behavioural and social approach and finding a balance with the technical one.
Now as the Head of Cyber, Risk and Technology for Dardan Security, Paul leads on integrating innovative technology to improve the point where physical and information security meets.
Paul's presentation focuses on the link between ourselves, our psychology and how our pervasive relationship with technology has changed how we work, live and love. Breaking down the emotional myths that provide a barrier against us utilising or finding balance with technology.
Join us for a delicious breakfast at The Cookhouse, Suffolk Food Hall, Wherstead, Ipswich IP9 2AB
on Wednesday 6th November 2019 from 8:30am to 10:30am
