Following guidance on the 1st August from the Government we have now completed a phased re-opening of our office. We have prepared the office to ensure that it is a safe environment for both our staff and customers, please refer to our Covid-19 risk assessment.
We are open to customers by pre-arranged appointment only and we respectfully ask you to follow our procedures while in our office. Please do not visit our office if you or someone from your household has Coronavirus systems.
- Wash your hands when entering and exiting the premises, using the hand sanitiser provided.
- Adhere to social distancing by keeping 2 metres apart from others.
- Wear a face covering before entering the premises.
- Pay by credit or debit card wherever possible

As we are limiting the number of staff in the office for now, some are continuing to work from home to maintain the high level of service you expect. Our staff still have limited ability to print or post your documents, if you usually receive your insurance documents via this method you may find that they have been e-mailed to you instead so please keep a look out for them in your inbox. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause but I hope that you will be understanding of the circumstances.
