Our office has now re-opened with limited staff. If you would like to visit us, you can but you must make an appointment first by telephone.

Those staff not in the office are still working from home, so for quotations, renewals, changes to your policy and claims - please call us on the usual numbers during our opening hours.

Making payments - card or bank transfer is still the best way to pay. As our Crane Hall office has limited staff we would prefer not to receive cheques. Please DO NOT post cash through our letterbox.

Your documents - We will still have a limited postal service, with post only leaving our office once a week, therefore email is our preferred contact method. If you are expecting documents from us or your insurance is due for renewal, please check your spam folder if nothing has been received.
