Ryan's win new Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award

Ryan’s shortlisted as finalists for two UK Broker Awards Prioritising service, inside and out

At Ryan’s we’re delighted to share that we’ve made it into the final few companies competing for not just one, but two, coveted wins in the UK Broker Awards. Shortlisted for both the Customer Service Award and the Training Award, we’re proud of the work our teams do, both internally and for our customers, to ensure we all have the skills and experience to do our best.

It’s no secret that, at Ryan’s, we prioritise service and the Feefo feedback we receive from our customers speaks for itself. That service is founded on sound knowledge and clear development plans, giving our people the confidence to ensure the most suitable covers for our customers, wrapped with superlative service – at inception, renewal, for claims and for the duration of the policy.

The two awards that we’ve been shortlisted for dovetail together to highlight the continuing commitment of our people to making a difference, with employee engagement and development at the core.

And that's a fact that's backed up by our customers themselves, who have helped us this year, for the fourth year running, to acheive a Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award and a score of 4.9 out of 5 for service.

The UK Broker Awards– organised by Insurance Age – is the leading platform for national recognition within the insurance broker market. The Awards event will take place on 13 September 2019 at The Brewery in London.
