Ryan's are excited to announce they have been awarded Feefo's new Platinum Trusted Service Award an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers.
The new Platinum Trusted Service award has been given to businesses who have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years. The Feefo Gold Trusted Service award recognises those who have collected at least 50 Feefo reviews in a year, and have achieved a service rating of at least 4.5.
In fact since signing up with Feefo five years ago, Ryan's have been lucky enough to receive a total of 715 reviews. With 89% of those being five star and 10% four star, giving them an overall customer service rating of 4.9% out of five.
