We were pleased to re-open our office to limited staff and customers at the beginning of September. Our office is still in the early stages of re-opening with many staff still working from home. Here are some tips for obtaining documents, making payments, changing your policy and dealing with claims.
Quotations, renewal, changes to your policy and claims - please call us on the usual numbers during our opening hours, whether at home or in the office our staff can all make and receive phone calls.
Alternatively, if you are looking for a quotation for the following insurances, you can complete our on line quote forms.
Making payments - card or bank transfer is still the best way to pay. As our Crane Hall office is not always open everyday we would prefer not to receive cheques.
Your documents - We still have a limited postal service, currently post is only leaving our office once a week, therefore for the time being email is our preferred method. If you are expecting documents from us or your insurance is due for renewal, please check your spam folder if nothing has been received.
